The story of Addolcio begins with the passion for pastry of its founding partners, Liliana and Claudio.

Both share a passion for pastry creation as well as the care and love for a good product. This is what brought them together, through knowledge classes and many hours sharing experiences. Shortly after, the good energy between them led to hours of conversation, giving birth to this beautiful professional project called ADDOLCIO (meaning “Sweetened” in Italian, Claudio’s roots).
